Rental Terms

General information

This page contains general information about pre-booking requests made on our website and the rental process. The binding rental terms are set out in the rental agreement signed when you collect the car.

Pre-booking

• Requests sent via the website are pre-booking requests and do not constitute a confirmed vehicle allocation.
• No online payment is taken on the website; no card or bank details are requested.
• After receiving your request, our team will call you to confirm vehicle availability, price and payment terms.

Pick-up and return

• Cars are collected from and returned to the Adana Central Branch only (Dumlupınar Mah., Ahmet Güven Kaypak Bulvarı No: 50/A, Seyhan / Adana).
• Pick-ups and returns take place during branch opening hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–20:00, Sunday 10:00–20:00. The branch is closed on Saturdays.

Rental period

• The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
• Every started 24-hour period from the pick-up time counts as one rental day.

Mileage limit

• A mileage limit of 250 km per day and 5,000 km per month applies.

Prices

• Daily prices and calculated totals shown on the website are estimates for information only. The final amount is agreed during the call.

Required documents

• A valid ID document and driving licence must be presented when collecting the car.
• Conditions such as driver age, licence history, deposit, insurance and fuel policy are explained during the rental call.
